【Information】

・Departure date ：On or after Oct 1st, 2025

・Meeting point : Your hotel lobby

・Meeting time：3 hours before your flight depature or 4 hours in winter due to potential traffic and weather delays.

               Example) If your return flight is at 12:00noon, please be ready in the hotel lobby by 9:00 a.m.

・Travel fee (Tax included) : ￥28,000 per vehicle (One-way)  ※You can also book round-trip transfer.

※If the departure is delayed due to a flight delay, an additional 3,000 yen will be charged for every 30 minutes. (Payable to the driver on-site.)

・Minimum number of customers : 1 person (up to 8 people.)

・Meals : None

・Tour guide : None

・Vehicles : TOYOTA ALPHARD or HIACE

                       ALPHARD : up to 4 piece of luggage.

                       HIACE : up to 8 piece of luggage.

・Reservation is possible up to 3 days before departure.

※We can provide a child seat upon prior request. Please note that in some cases, installation may not be possible due to the number of passengers.

【Cancellation Policy】

If you cancel the reservation due to your own circumstances, you will be charged a cancellation fee.

(Counting backward from the day before the tour start date)

1. From 20 days prior to the tour start date (or 10 days prior for one-day tours) — excluding cases listed in items [2] to [5]:
   A cancellation fee of 20% of the total tour price will be charged.

2. From 7 days prior to the tour start date — excluding cases listed in items [3] to [5]:
   A cancellation fee of 30% of the total tour price will be charged.

3. 1 day before the tour start date — excluding cases listed in items [4] and [5]:
   A cancellation fee of 40% of the total tour price will be charged.

4. On the day of the tour (before departure) — excluding cases listed in item [5]:
   A cancellation fee of 50% of the total tour price will be charged.

5. After the tour has started, or in case of no-show without prior notice:
   A cancellation fee of 100% of the total tour price will be charged.
