[Cancellation Policy]

If the customer cancels due to the customer's circumstances, the cancellation fee will be charged as follows.

○ Start from the day before the start date of the trip and go back

[1] When cancelling on or after the day corresponding to the 20th day (10th day in the case of a day trip) (excluding cases listed from 2 to 5) 20% of the tour fee

[2] When cancelling on or after the day that falls on the 7th day (excluding cases listed from 3 to 5) 30% of the tour fee

[3] When cancelling the day before the start date of the trip (excluding cases listed 4 to 5) 40% of the travel fee

[4] When cancelling on the day the trip starts (excluding cases listed in 5) 50% of the tour fee

[5] 100% of the tour fee if you cancel after the start of the trip or if you don't participate without notice
