Reservations are accepted up to 3 days before departure (tour closes once capacity is reached).

*Due to long hours of vehicle travel, only guests aged 6 and above may participate.

[Cancellation Policy]

If the customer cancels due to personal reasons, cancellation fees will be charged as follows:

○ From the day before the travel start date until return

[1] Cancellation on or after 20 days prior (10 days for day trips)
(excluding cases listed in items 2 to 5): 20% of the tour price

[2] Cancellation on or after 7 days prior
(excluding cases listed in items 3 to 5): 30% of the tour price

[3] Cancellation one day before departure
(excluding items 4 and 5): 40% of the tour price

[4] Cancellation on the day of departure
(excluding item 5): 50% of the tour price

[5] Cancellation after tour start or no-show without notice: 100% of the tour price
