・Meeting point and time：COCONO SUSUKINO (in front of Stream Hotel) at 8:30 a.m.

・Travel fee (tax included)：¥9,800 per adult

           ※If less than 15 people, we may use a small vehicle or microbus.

　Adults：S size, M size, L size, 2L size, 3L size (5 types)

Children：110cm, 120cm, 130cm, 140cm, 150cm, 160cm (6 types)

※Size selection for skiwear and boots will be arranged at the ski resort on the day.

※Ski gloves, goggles, and helmets are available for rent at the ski resort on the day. (Limited quantities available.)

[Cancellation Policy]

If the customer cancels due to the customer's circumstances, the cancellation fee will be charged as follows.

○ Calculate from the day before the start date of the trip

[1] When canceling on or after the day corresponding to the 20th day (10th day in the case of a day trip) (excluding cases listed from 2 to 5) 20% of the tour fee

[2] When canceling on or after the day that falls on the 7th day (excluding cases listed from 3 to 5) 30% of the tour fee

[3] When canceling the day before the start date of the trip (excluding cases listed 4 to 5) 40% of the travel fee

[4] When canceling on the day the trip starts (excluding cases listed in 5) 50% of the tour fee

[5] 100% of the tour fee if you cancel after the start of the trip or if you don't participate without notice

What's included?

    ・Round trip transportation fee

    ・3-piece ski set (skis, ski boots, ski poles)

    ※Gloves, goggles, and hats are NOT included.

      ※Please be sure to bring these items by yourself.

      Please note

        ・No tour guide is included, but the staff will be on-site to assist participants as needed.

        ・ The bus will depart on time. So, please be punctual.

        ・The ski rental set includes three items: skis, boots, and poles.

        ・The snowboaard rental set includes two items: a snowboard and boots.

        Gloves, goggles, and hats are not included with the skiwear rental. Please make sure to bring your own.

        ・This tour meeting point is COCONO SUSUKINO (in front of Stream Hotel) at 8:30 a.m.

        　※Please be sure to return to the meeting point on time after sightseeing.

        ・The bus departs from COCONO SUSUKINO and stops at Sapporo View Hotel (pick-up only). On the return trip, drop-off will also be at the same locations.

        ・Large bus operation is planned, but if fewer than 15 participants, a microbus may be used.

        Depending on the number of participants (under 15 people), a microbus or taxi may be  used for the tour.

        ・Please note that you will be sharing a ride with guests of different nationalities.

        ・Eating is prohibited on the bus.

        ・Please note that there is a charge if a infant needs a seat on the bus.

        ・Smoking is prohibited on the bus.

        ・Bus seating cannot be reserved in advance. Seats will be assigned before boarding.

        ・In case of odd-numbered groups, seating may be shared with other participants.
