The driver will be holding a meeting board.

Minimum number of participants: 2 people (maximum 4 people)

Storage for suitcases is not provided during the tour.

Meals: Not included (You can freely dine inside the ski resort.)

This tour is not accompanied by a guide. (A staff member will assist.)

Reservations can be made up to 3 days before departure. (Closes once fully booked.)

[Cancellation Policy]

If you cancel due to your own circumstances, the following cancellation fees will apply:

Counting backward from the day before the start of the trip

[1] If cancelled on or after the 20th day before the start of the trip (10th day for day trips) (except in cases [2]–[5]): 20% of the trip price

[2] If cancelled on or after the 7th day before the start of the trip (except in cases [3]–[5]): 30% of the trip price

[3] If cancelled the day before the start of the trip (except in cases [4]–[5]): 40% of the trip price

[4] If cancelled on the day of the trip (except in case [5]): 50% of the trip price

[5] If cancelled after the start of the trip or in case of no-show without notice: 100% of the trip price

    　※ Helmets, goggles, gloves, etc. can be rented on-site. You may also bring your own personal equipment.

        • The bus departs on time. Please gather on time for punctual departure. (Gather at the hotel lobby at 8:45 AM.)

        • Rental sets include a ski 3-piece set (skis, ski boots, poles) or a snowboard 2-piece set (snowboard, boots).

        • Minimum number of participants: 2 (Reservations up to 4 people possible)

        • You may ride together with passengers of different nationalities.

        • Please refrain from eating inside the vehicle.

        • For a comfortable tour, "No Smoking" inside the vehicle.

        • Drop-off will be at the same place as pick-up.
